Total Floors, Inc works with a 3rd party billing company, Capital One.
Please complete the form to the right, once this information is received an invitation will be sent to you from Capital One so you can apply for a credit line.
If you are requesting a credit line over $10,000 they request that you fill out the personal guarantee.
Once the application is processed (5-7 business days) you will receive an email from Capital One with your credit line.
At that point they will send you information on how to access your account online and submit payment.
By setting up an account with Total Floors, Inc/Capital One this gives you 60 day terms on all your orders.
Once approved the process is very simple:
- You email approval on orders to paymybill@totalfloors.biz.
- We will send you an order acknowledgement showing a balance due.
- Your order will be placed and a confirmation sent to you.
- Within 24 hours you will receive your invoice from Capital One with the due date.
