Alescia Lansdown-Dearana
I have been in the flooring industry since 1984, following in my father’s footsteps. I started as a catalog assembler at Roth Distributing just out of college. I then became an independent sales representative for 7 different manufacturers until I moved on to the retail side of the business. I settled in the to the wholesale side of the business and have found my forever home with my Total Floors family. I love the diversity of the products available to build the best finished projects for my clients. In my spare-time, I love camping and fly-fishing with my hubby, and two rescue pups. I also enjoy spending my time with my 5 kids and watching them as they start their families and grow in their professional lives.

I have been in the flooring industry since 2003 staring out at a small “mom & pop” carpet showroom in Colorado Springs and then going to Shaw Industries in 2004 in the Denver distribution center. I then decided to move to the sales side of the flooring industry and found my home at Total Floors in 2014. Over the years, I have grown with our company- first as the President’s Assistant then moving to Business Manager in 2017 and adding Western Slope sales to the mix in 2018. Along with assisting in running the company, I enjoy traveling throughout the Western Slope of Colorado visiting various builders, designers and contractors to assist them in making interior and exterior selections for their projects. In 2023 I opened our Grand Junction builder’s selection center to give our mountain clients a place to go to make selections in person for their projects. When not at work, I am a grandmother of 3 beautiful boys and I enjoy 4 wheelin’ in classic Jeeps with my hubby!
Amber Dozier
I have been in the flooring industry since 2012. I started out as an assistant and worked my way to sales in 2014. I joined Total Floors in 2020 helping people create their dream homes and spaces. I have done everything from remodel, to new builds and also commercial. I have teamed up with Monique who is also my mom and we have been working side by side since I started out as her assistant in 2012.
When I am not working you’ll find me soaking up family time with my two boys. Whether I am cheering them on at sports events or just hanging out at home, those moments are what I cherish most.

I have been in the Interior Design industry since 2016 and joined the Total Floors team in 2020 as a Cabinet Specialist. I not only work with my own clients, but also assist the Total Floors sales team in creating cabinet designs & layouts for their clients. In addition to helping clients bring their dream kitchen and bath projects to life, I also oversee the general cabinet operations at Total Floors.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors in my garden or playing in the mountains.
Coralia Tejada
I am originally from Panama City and have been a cabinet designer since 2019. I attended Arapahoe Community College for Interior Design. In 2023, I joined the Total Floors team and in 2024 relocated to the Design Center showroom location.
I enjoy arts & crafts, traveling, and flower arranging in her free time. My goal is to create beautiful, highly functional spaces for all my clients.
Diane Maher Ochs
I have over 30 years of industry experience and I’m happy to be part of Total Floors. Whether I’m working with a designer, contractor or homeowner on a new home or a remodel,
I take pride in helping them find the perfect finishes for their project. Outside of work, I enjoy family and friends, spoiling her 3 grandchildren, boating, and traveling.
Elyssa Mitchell
After graduating from Colorado State University, I spent 5 years in retail management and merchandising. I joined Total Floors 2021 and I have enjoyed learning more about the industry every day. I love seeing people in the showroom and seeing the "behind the scenes" of projects in progress.
When not working on projects throughout showroom, I also manage parts of the marketing for Total Floors.
Outside of work, I enjoy being a wife and mom to 2 great boys.
Holly Marcotte
I joined the Total Floors team in 2021 as receptionist and enjoy keeping our team on track with the day-to-day appointments.
I love the team I work with and spend my time outside of work relaxing with friends and family.
Jeri Maestas
I have been in the design industry for nearly 3 decades and spent the last 15 years of that here at Total Floors building long lasting trade relationships. As an Interior Designer & Sales Person, I strive to give you and your clients the best showroom selection experience & customer service possible. I am passionate about every new project and the possibilities to create something new.
I have extensive product & industry knowledge; I will help guide you as I offer thousands of options in my 2 Denver showrooms. Providing you & your clients every type of Flooring, Tile, Hunter Douglas Window Coverings, Cabinets, Slabs, Furniture, Lighting, Appliances, Plumbing/Fixtures & more.

Jim Dorrough
I grew up in Manitou Springs, CO and graduated from UCLA.
In 1968 I was drafted into the army and wound up spending a year as a 1LT near Pleiku, Vietnam where I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
In 1998 I founded Total Floors and in that same year, opened the current Tennessee Avenue showroom.
Starting with a staff of two our success has been due to our ability to attract and keep an extraordinary group of salespeople in addition to a remarkably diligent purchase fulfillment staff. This has allowed us to substantially grow to multiple locations and successfully perform in multiple states for what has become an incredibly loyal and ever-expanding customer base.
We have set the industry standard for attentiveness to detail and diligent follow up to project completion and, as a result, Total Floors has been built on referral business.
We excel at finding products that offer the “best bang for your buck” and are always excited to discuss projects with new potential customers.
Jodi Walther
I’m both a Design/Sales Consultant and I also assist in the purchasing office. I have been in the flooring industry for almost 10 years and have been at Total Floors since 2019.
I grew up in the small town of Honeoye Falls, NY and now reside in Highlands Ranch with my soon to be husband, 3 kids and two dogs. When not assisting builders, contractors and designers, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible with my family and friends and watching my kids compete in swimming, tennis, soccer and volleyball.
Josh Cobarrubias
After working in wine distribution, I decided a change of industry was needed and joined Total Floors in 2022 as the Warehouse Manager. I currently oversee an approximately 17000sf warehouse full of customer orders and stock inventory. We receive and load out all materials from flooring to cabinets and furniture at our warehouse. I take pride in keeping a neat, clean and organized warehouse so our vendors and customers have no issues with delivering or picking up orders.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and the Colorado outdoors.
Judy McNamee
I am a skilled design and sales specialist with a focus on interior surfaces. With a degree in Design from the University of Minnesota, I bring a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight to my role. My background in marketing complements my design expertise, allowing me to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to my clients.
My professional journey includes establishing my own successful business, Fresh Twist Interiors, where I’ve honed my skills and built a reputation for excellence. My gift is my ability to listen to my clients, giving them everything they wanted but didn’t know it at the time. This intuitive approach ensures that each project is not only visually stunning but also deeply personalized.
Born in the land of 10,000 lakes, with just as many sub-zero winter nights, after graduating, I sought a warmer, sunnier life and for more than 20 years loved living, working and experiencing the wonders of Southern California. Looking for change, and mountains, I have been in the Denver area for more than a decade. These experiences have enriched my design perspective with an appreciation of regional influences.

Kim Gifford
I started working with Total Floors in the late 90's when I realized the value of a wholesale partner. I was part of Interior Settings, Creative Interiors, and Lifestyle Interiors; and became part of the Total Floors team in 2012. I specialize in residential construction, and in addition to selling at Total Floors I design many projects from custom homes to flips with my company Floor to Ceiling.
Leah Hainey
After working with my family in the construction industry, I joined Total Floors in 2024. Though I am new to the flooring industry I am learning “the ropes” as a purchasing agent and look forward to exploring this new industry. In my free time I love to go camping with my family, playing with my dogs and hanging out with my friends.
Mary Kastler
I have enjoyed working in the Design industry for over 20 years. Mostly I enjoy helping clients find their "perfect" unique selections for their homes! My experience includes working with homebuilders on model homes, then working in the flooring industry for 12 years. I share my customer's excitement about their projects and feel honored to be the one to help guide them.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I also love taking photographs and exploring our beautiful state of Colorado!
Marshall Nichols
I am a Colorado native with a Business Administration degree. I have 14 years of experience helping clients with their interior finishes for residential and commercial projects. I am a kitchen and bath cabinet designer, and also provide guidance on selecting cabinets, countertops, hardwood, LVT, tile, carpet, and window coverings. Additionally, as a certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, I collaborate with remodelers and designers to develop safe and functional spaces.
Monique Dozier
I have over 40 years in the flooring industry ranging from commercial to residential projects. I started in the industry working for my father in the Commercial industry doing everything from accounting, project management for local and national accounts, scheduling, sales and even driving the forklift when needed. A true team player jumping in wherever it is needed and can be of assistance. I transferred to the wholesale side of the business in 2002 bringing many years of experience and knowledge in assisting clients with all types of projects and products. I routinely team up with excellent quality installers to give clients a truly wholesale experience. I always want to have happy clients in the end. In 2014 I teamed up with my daughter Amber- we have a unique partnership giving our clients double the knowledge and access to immediate assistance when needed.
My favorite pastime is enjoying time with my grandkids and traveling as much as possible.
Rebecca Payne
I joined the Total Floors team in 2019 when I moved to Colorado. I have a purchasing background in hospitality, which made for an easy transition to purchasing in the flooring industry. In 2023, I was promoted to Office Manager and work hard in overseeing our purchasing team.
When not at work, I love to be outdoors, hiking and doing photography.
Roy Lockling
I began my flooring career in 1989 working as a warehouse associate for a carpet store in Longmont, CO. In 1992, I went to work for Shaw Industries- first in the warehouse and then as a truck driver for the next 26 years. In 2016 I left Shaw to drive for a smaller distribution center in Denver and in 2018, I retired from truck driving and came to work at Total Floors doing part time data entry.
I am a father of 3 and grandfather of 3 and enjoy spending my part time retirement fixing up classic jeeps and working in the yard.

With an eye for detail and a love for aesthetics, I embrace the challenge of blending functionality with beauty. Each room is a canvas that calls for curating colors and textures to create spaces that inspire and uplift. From cozy nooks to grandiose living areas, interior design is not just a job – it's a creative calling that brings joy and fulfillment with every project. With over three decades in Interior design, I have honed my skills and expertise in various roles since the 1980’s. In 2018, I joined Total Floors, where I have been able to leverage my experience effectively. Working with a diverse range of vendors available at our showroom has made my job more efficient and rewarding than ever before.
I am a proud native of Colorado, where the majestic Rockies meet endless skies, and every corner holds a piece of paradise. Being a native means honoring our rich heritage, cherishing our communities, and embracing the untamed spirit that runs deep in our veins.
I am an avid gardener with a deep-rooted love for cultivating life and nurturing the earth. I find solace, inspiration, and a profound connection to the rhythms of the natural world, reminding me of the endless cycle of growth, renewal, and wonder.
I was an enthusiastic pilgrim who embarked on the transformative journey of the Camino de Santiago, discovering the profound significance of self-discovery, spiritual enlightenment, and cultural immersion.
The Camino became more than a physical trek; it became a soulful odyssey, leaving an indelible mark on my being and shaping my perspective on life's journey.
I also enjoy oil painting. For me it's a therapeutic journey that unlocks creativity and mindfulness. It's a timeless craft that fosters personal growth and emotional expression.
Susie Stordahl
I am a highly experienced design consultant with over 15 years of expertise in the field. I am passionate about collaborating with my valued clients to turn their design visions and inspirations into reality. It brings me joy to witness the distinctive style and personality of each and every individual I work with.
I feel privileged to have raised three remarkable daughters alongside my husband here in the vibrant Denver area. It sounds crazy, but we have developed a unique "fun" hobby over the years- moving homes. In fact, we have lived in 18 different homes, with plans in motion to soon embark on our 19th journey!
Tonya Devlin
I started my design journey in 1990. Over the years I have been in furniture sales, showroom merchandising/buying, new home design and in 2009 I joined the Total Floors team focusing on residential and commercial finishes.
In my spare time I enjoys golf, spending time with friends and family and focusing on life one day at a time
